WebThe number of issues is shocking and not what we were expecting from Foxtons. They had clearly not carried out a pre-tenancy check. The flat was filthy. There was no smoke alarm which, I believe, is illegal. Electrical sockets are loose/exposed. There is no urgency in getting any of the issues resolved.
