WebI do a lot of downhill and I have always considered it a strength/core workout. I should try wearing my heart rate watch during it. I do try to hit the treadmill for 30 mins or so after a day of skiing just to make sure I had a good training day. But often after downhilling I am pretty exhausted so I figure it must have been a good workout.
