The GT-390 headers usually have all 16 bolt holes in them. The CJ head ports on the exhaust surface are usually positioned about 3/8 higher than the GT. WebAug 23, 2014 · Final comment, regarding your high port GT heads, those are very limiting without additional work and will be at least 50 hp behind a set of stock CJs or Edelbrocks. A C8AE-H can only support about 425 HP. They flow horribly and require a unique header for both bolt pattern and exhaust port location.
