Objectives WebI'd say three popular choices right now are Paladin, Barb, and Wizard EK/PM. All three are THF which gives you good AOE melee, all three have strong defense, all three can self-heal in some fashion. Of the three I'd put Paladin first since its slightly less gear-dependent than EK/PM and peaks a little sooner than Barb.
