WebRegister of Historic Places (NHRP), the Crow Tribal Historic Preservation Office (CTHPO) initiated this project to inventory prehistoric archaeological sites in the GVC. The project included input from the Crow Cultural Commit tee (an elected tribal governing body), as well as the participation and training of CTHPO cultural inspectors.
